1. Vertical with brand support.
We promote culture and behavior,
guided by premium segment brands.

Alongside the talent-centric and gender-based verticals from Adventures, there will be a select group of premium brand verticals.
For example, a large sports brand could participate in a Sports Vertical. She would act as co-financing of development, collaborator during development and production and promotional partner during distribution.

Examples: Nike for Sport, Mars Petcare/VCA for pets and related animals, Beats for Music, etc.

2. Brand partnership in several segments.
We believe in the connections among brands
to create relevant actions in entertainment.

In addition to the brands capable of tracking a vertical, brands that operate in several aspects of popular culture and entertainment will partner with properties and talents across the entire spectrum of Adventures’ verticals.

Examples: diversified portfolio companies such as P&G, Unilever, SC Johnson, Coca-Cola, AB/InBev and Diageo have a variety of brands relevant to a huge range of entertainment and public.

How it works: We facilitate these “upstream” partnerships of the current relationship (which is typically driven by the distributor, with value captured by the distributor), to deliver revenue and value directly to content creators and Adventures before selling to a distributor.

3. Brand partnership as a service for distributors.
We have closer relationships to make it easier the generation of business among distribution partners and advertising brands.

The same team responsible for creating brand relationships for vertical, property and talents of Adventures also must make it easier the relationship between brands and distributors, receiving a service fee by distributors.

Note: Adventures may choose to acquire a company and/or executives with this specific knowledge to generate immediate revenue and accelerate growth. For example, NBC/Universal would pay the Adventures brand partnership team a retention and a success rate for brand partnerships, both for content generated by Adventures and for the entire NBC/Universal list.

4. Brand partnership as a service for brands.
We enable a complete delivery, from consulting to execution,
to brands that wish to enter the entertainment market.

In this business model, distributors hire Adventures to create brand partnerships, where brands also earn Adventures Brand Partnerships for strategic consulting and tactical execution of brand partnerships for Adventures slate and the entire TV and cinema ecosystem.

Note: Key executives will need to respect and navigate through some restrictive clauses in this specific service area. For example, Coca-Cola would pay Adventures for strategic entertainment consulting, creative development, and brand partnerships with entertainment inside and outside of Adventures.
